Callaway is a city in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 14,233 at the 2000 census. According to the U.S Census estimates of 2005, the city had a population of 14,437. It is part of the Panama City–Lynn Haven–Panama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area.
